Is that the new TTR-50E? How do you like it? I've been thinking about one of those for my daughter to get started on.

Cool air, BTW.

Nope, that is one of those no name motorcycles. For 350.00 brand new out of the box, I like the shit out of it. ;) Kids down the street have the KLX 110 Kawasaki's. My son from a stop will out run them till they get in the upper gears. Then my son doesn't like to go to fast so he tapers off on the speed. It's supposed to be a 110 cc itself. Honda motor.

He's got dang good form. Elbows up, looking ahead, and he is in the attack position! Can I bring my 50 over and ride too? :D

LOL... That's the same "back of the truck" knock off that a buddy of mine has.

Fork seals won't stay up on the fork tubes will they? ;) Keep an eye on them, cause if he keeps jumping it the whole bushing assembly will come out next!

That is actually his spare bike. He has one just like it with the good forks on it. He let his cousin ride it. Your right, they did come down. He won't be jumping that one any more. This is his other bike. Notice the better forks. ;)

Yep.... That one has ALOT nice front end on it.

Keep an eye on the swing arm bolts and the spokes. I doubt it will happen with a small kid on it, but both of them will likely back off with enough abuse.

Thanks, I will keep an eye on them. LOL! Did you look closely at the pic? The fork seal is off and has slid down at the bottom. :D

Last time out at Traders Village I did not see any good forks out there. Just the inverted ones. The master link gave way on the chain last weekend on the good bike. Now I have to figure a way to replace the damaged links (2) and install a new master link. :( I will end up taking the chain off the other bike and switching, but I still need the chain repaired. Can they do that around here?

wow look at him go!

I bet y'all are having a blast with his new bike :D I need to do something similar w/my kids...but they'd all run each other over, so I think I'll stick with giving friends two thumbs up for their kids instead LOL

Well, I do thinks its a good ideal for a Dad to be out there while they are riding. Just incase of a wreck or something. Don't get me wrong, it makes me nervous every time he gets on it. But like the guy above said, some times you just got to let them have fun. :) You are doing just fine, no need to complicate matters with accidents, finding a place to ride, buying helmets, boots, ect. Kids can find enjoyment in a lot of things less dangerous and cheaper from a financial point. ;)

also.. he needs to squeeze the bike with his knees. bring those knees a little forward and down and squeeze... that's how you control your bike in the air... he could catch a bad kicker on a big jump like that ;)

Yeah I did not notice that. But it hurts to hang on to the bike with your legs with shoes and shorts.
