How many of you people think these Rape charges and allegations of kidnapping are rediculious. I think that they are all innocent due to some of the reports that led to the arrestings. Photo Identification is what pulled the string on the charges to be brought agianst them. I think its more of a "Duke Lacrosse players? Money!!!!! They raped me! Money!!!!" Whats yalls veiws on this controversial issue.

It's a load of dung. No DNA evidence, her whore friend says she's full of it and was on "some substance besides alcohol,", the security guard she saw that night says she said nothing to him, and then the cops find her passed out drunk.....
Not to mention the pictures from the party that show her alleged "wounds" were already there.

x2... had a similiar thing happen to me in high school. girl wanted it got it, wanted to be with me forever, told her no, and she cried rape...didnt get charges filed because she eventually admitted they were false and we both were of age...

One would think that if you "raped" someone, there would be some type of DNA evidence left behind. No DNA evidence links ANY of the players on the team.

The players state they have time-stamped digital photos on two different cameras proving that these strippers were already beat up when they arrived.

Ok, no need to start using racial slurs here. My feelings would be no different if it were between any other race. The fact is there is no evidence that proves this woman's claim other than her word, which as a stripper, should be questionable at best.

yeah i figured it be for the best... race does however play a big part in this case. unfortunately... regardless of the evidence the players will be marked as rapist by jackson...he takes every sticky situation and makes it worse...

Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are definately two people who make racisim WORSE in this world.

Of course race is going to play an issue in this case as it deals with a financially struggling young black woman and a team of rich white men.

It also doesn't help that its in a former slave state.
