Actually, I'm not even sure I asked that question right. I'm getting the FIOS service installed today and I'm not sure where I really want my desktop to be at in the house, but they're giving me one access point. Can I just connect a wireless router out of that point and then have my desktop somewhere else in the house...the same as you would have with a laptop? I guess kind of like having a wireless network card, but for my desktop. Sorry if this sounds confusing.

Yea, if you have a wireless router, you can put your desktop anywhere with in rangel. wish i could get fios :( You dont need a pc on the router for it to work either. My router is wireless but my pc is right next to it with a wireless pci card.

Thanks for the info. I took my WUSB11 off my TIVO and plugged it into my computer and it connected right up! I was surprised it was so simple.
