i think it should be based on who punished whom the most...not necessarily who was the most aggressive...i think bonnar is over-rated as well.

Could have gone either way. Good fight each fighter had a chace to finish. This is why I like the way pride scores a fight.

Well another example is Olaf, he got completely leveled and had a broken jaw but the ref didn't call the fight until after he got nailed a few more times. You get punched in the jaw and go down the fight is nearly always called.

However, if the fights were truly rigged Randy Couture would still be the champ. He's a bigger draw than Chuck Lidell and would bring more sponsorship money.

I caught about the last 2mins of the broadcast. Judging by the BOOOOOOs from the crowd and the way the hosts rushed off to get the new season of Ultimate Fighter started, I'd say it wasn't a popular vote...

I agree and think Jardine won too, but when you have a fighter as known as Bonnar compared to Jardine, it made sense. Anyone will tell you that when judges are watching a veteran vs. a rookie you really have to be impressive for them to sway the vote your way. Either or (IMO) Jardine won.

The thing I dont like about S. Bonnar is when you watch him come in to land a punch, he's always hiding his face and ducking like's hes scared to get hit (Which I'm sure he is) He rarely ever throws a hay-maker without turning his face away. That little trademark would get his ass knocked out by Liddell "if" they ever throw down.
