A lawyer for Rep. Cynthia McKinney, the Georgia congresswoman who had an altercation with a Capitol Police officer, says she was "just a victim of being in Congress while black."
Because in the current system it lets too many ignorant people into Congress.
No, Ms. McKinney, you had an altercation with a Capital Police officer because:
1. You were not wearing your Congressional ID lapel pin.
2. You tried to go around the metal detector anyway.
3. You were stopped by a Capitol Police officer and responded by slapping them in the face.
How fucking hard is it to understand that? Now... the Capitol Police will have to back down from issuing a warrant for Ms. McKinney's arrest because it's an African-American issue now.
And since we are being political pussies these days, Mr. Myart (an African American lawyer), you should have called Ms. McKinney an African-American not a black.

Being a minority white man, I can assure you that if I had slapped ANY officer in the face, they would beat me like a pinata on Cinco de Mayo! It has gotten to the point that a persons color is like a "get-out-of-jail-free" card. Everything is overlooked if race is involved in any way. It's another reason that white-supremacy groups and other hate mongers' memberships are increasing...

Lots of speculation last night that there would be a warrant for her arrest issued in the next few days. I wonder how the NAACP and ACLU will react? I am sure they will call for calm and say that we need to wait for the investigation to finish instead of jumping to conclusions. lol
I love the crackpot liberal idiots who make it to congress and think the rules don't apply to them. That cop should have beat her with a club.

Can you imagine what her reps would be saying if some crazy SOB had gotten through the way she tried to and shot her ass? They would be calling for that cop to be fired and saying all kinds of shit, but if she tries it, man it is a racial and excessive force incident.

Hell, he should have shot her in the ass if you ask me. Running through the check point at the capitol and not stopping...I mean FUCK...how can you get more serious than that?

And the dumb get dumber.
Rep. Cynthia McKinney admits that she broke government rules by spending money to fly a celebrity to Atlanta.
Channel 2 Action News has uncovered documents showing McKinney, D-Ga., spent about $1,000 of taxpayer's money to fly singer Isaac Hayes to Georgia to help dedicate a new office in Atlanta.
The money came from a fund members of Congress are supposed to use for office supplies.
Using the money to pay for Hayes' airline ticket and hotel expenses is a violation of strict congressional rules. Those rules state that taxpayer money can only be used for "travel by Members, Members' employees and vendors. A vendor is an employee of a private company that provides maintenance and support for equipment and software..."
Watchdog groups call taxpayer-funded celebrity travel a blatant waste of taxpayer money.
McKinney staffers say they will reimburse the congressional fund for the cost of Hayes' flight and hotel room.

McKinney Apologizes for Incident With Cop

At the very least I hope the Grand Jury finds enough evidence to bring this to trial.

But even as McKinney appeared to be trying to put the issue to rest, a bodyguard she hired – reportedly a former Georgia state trooper – was raising another furor when he threatened a television reporter trying to interview McKinney outside the Capitol just minutes before she appeared on the House floor.
When the reporter from Cox Broadcasting tried to ask McKinney about the grand jury, the bodyguard told him, "I'm going to put your ass in jail. I'm a police officer," a videotape of the incident shows.
Asked if he worked for Capitol police, the man said, "I work for Miss McKinney."
Word that McKinney had hired a bodyguard roiled the ranks of the Capitol police who were worried that the guard was carrying a weapon. They said they are concerned about what the bodyguard might do if Capitol police challenged McKinney at a security checkpoint.
Jeesh, now she has bodyguards impersonating police officers.
I smell a resignation in her near future.

The race card has always been a "BLACK" avenue of approach when caught doing wrong.
Johnny Cochran specialized in this and won too many settlements than I can count.
His whole agenda was to twist, distort, and manipulate a black man's mistake into questioning a "white system." ie O.J. Simpson
I don't want to be racist here but it is true that affirmitive action has watered down the quality of service(s) and positions of power in many fields for America.
However, few do not see themselves as BLACK first, but American first and live in honor, or at least accept accountability for what it is.
ie Gen. C. Powell
As a BCJ graduate. I've learned my fair share of Public Administration, Policing, Corrections, Courts, Politics, etc.
That Ms. Mckinney went through alot of schooling to get to her position...only to act like a black child when publicly embarassing herself and emotionally reacting like a fool....
What was the problem...(1) Black + (2)Female IMO
Anyway, Im gonna go to KFC and swing by Citgo for some Melon Gaterade. lol
