USB problems, multiple pc's...

So i've got multiple PC's that are having a hard time reading jump drives or large external drives (300gb) I've done all the updates, anyone have any clue as to why these machines would do this? None of them are related but it seems like i have 3-4 PC's that are doing this.

Can you be more specific about the type of problems you are seeing?? Speed issues, they don't show up in My Computer, etc...

They show in the hardware, but they dont show up in my computer.

I'd look at disk management and verify they are partitioned, formatted, and assigned a drive letter.

Already did that, i can plug it into my laptop and it works fine, i plug it on 2 different machines and it sees it in device manager but not in my computer. (and it has previously)

Same thing for lil 1gb flash drive. It sees it in the device manager, but not in my computer.
