still having problems (x-box live)

well I started this thread about a month ago http://www.dfwstangs.net/forums/showthread.php?t=281050, and I thought I was going to get it fixed with adding more ip address like Hookem said.

I called them and had it added. But the tech guy said that prolly will not fix my problem. He said I need a hud or hub or whatever it is. what is happening I'm losing my IP address while playing x-box live. sometime it works fine and have no problems for a good day or 2. But then sometimes it mess up all the time.

any suggestions? and what it the hell was the tech guy talking about that I need?

dam bro still having problems, that sucks...i hate when my xbox live gives me problems...wish i knew what the hell that tech guy is talking about, but i dont have a clue...hope you get it all fixed up...

lol I never know what the hell they are talking about either :o . Its not a real big problem, it just gets annoying. I never have any problems getting on the net (thank god). Or I would be pissed off and calling them every other sec. Once the problem happens I usally just disconnect the router for a couple of mins and plug it back in. Then it works again. :D
