Super Coupe

I havn't ridden in nearly 3 years so I wasn't exspecting much for my time out.
Ok first laps around the track were put put laps. The track had big rock chunks like they had drug the track and let it dry so just going slow I was feeling really sketchy. I thought to myself. This blowz arse and I'm not going to be able to do anything. Just bought boots today and they were really stuff so that made it worse. Well I start making laps and jumping just the small jumps. Not just real smooth but at least I was jumping. By the end of the day though I was making some pretty decent laps and I only have two jumps that I havn't jumped. They are pretty big jumps. One is like a 70-80 foot double that I would have jumped but the approach was so bad and first time to ride in a few years i didn't want to eat it. Man this bike is awesome. I can do 90% of the track in 3rd gear. I like it because you don't need to "clutch it" off the corners to get it in the power band. Come out of a corner in 3rd all the down the stretch in 3rd and jump all in the same gear. Really cuts down on shifting a lot. The layout of the track is really good IMO. It's not just one huge jump after another even though there are some hairy ones out there. It was super dry and kinda rocky so my back tire is already showing wear which sucks. Time to invest in a new set of rims and tires for when I go to the prepped tracks like badlands. I have some video and I will post it pretty soon.
All it all it was a good day because I did not eat any dirt. :D

I will jump that step up next time and I was jumping that first small double at the end of the day. It was hard to keep it straight with the ground like it was and still clear it off the corner.
