Anyone else watch the race last night? It was a good race, Ricky won again. Bubba crashed again and Ernesto Fonseca broke his back. Last update I heard was that he had feeling in his arms, but not his legs.:( But this happened at his private track earlier in the week.

All in all, it was a good race. I wanted to see Ricky and James battle it out, maybe next week. Good to see Travis Pastrana out there. If he would focus on SX/MX only, I think he would be a contender.

Can't wait to go ride tomorrow.

It is on the 4th page. There is also a helmet cam view of it as well.

you will have to wait a few minutes as it takes a little bit to load

Hate to hear that about Ernesto.. but it's a well known fact that most serious injuries are on practice tracks as opposed to an actual circuit. I hope all his feeling returns. An old friend of mine got paralyzed from the chest down at Daytona a few years ago, very sad. He's doing well now... on a specially modified shifter cart the last I heard.

Normal SX tracks are not NEARLY as rutted w/peaked landings as most factory test tracks. So when they get to a "real" SX, it's almost like a freeway compared to the test track. (crazy sounding, but true).

Jason Upshaw PURPOSELY built his practice track to be a freakin' NIGHTMARE compared to any normal track on the circuit for this very reason. An he was just a very accomplished privateer. Think his best 250cc SX finish was 8th in Sandiego, 1989 if I'm not mistaken.

And way to go Ricky, showing why he's the curent SX Champ. He's the package deal... has both the mental and physical aspects DOWN, and has unbelievable determination. Stewart just needs to focus more on thinking and less on riding fast -- he's already pretty much the fastest guy on the track week in week out... when he stays on two wheels. I hope Dallas turns out to be an epic 3-way battle among RC, Stewart and Reed. Can't wait. :D

Me too, already got my tickets bout 2 months ago!I'll be there by the restrooms on the s/e side of the stadium, right next to the pits, like every year.

I am going to the Houston SX at the end of the month and to Red bud in July.:D

You went to Red bud last year too huh, was it a 6 hour drive? I really wanna go to a outdoor race, the rideing is way faster. I have to check my tickets but I think I am on the south side right in the middle about 2 rows up.

I have to check my tickets but I think I am on the south side right in the middle about 2 rows up.I flew to Indiana and drove from there, so I am not sure how long it takes. My wife has driven to Indiana before and it takes about 14 hours, so I would guess somewhere in that time frame would be more accurate.

and yes outdoor is much mo betta IMO, balls out , full tilt boogie. Bubba cant hang outdoors.:D
