Probably should have PM'd you but I was just curious if you or any body can get and/or install a 10pt Chrome Molly cage for my 69 Camaro. I called Wolfe and they were not interested in it and they gave me a name to call some other guy, said they couldnt even get me a chrome molly cage. I thought they speacialized in those types of things.
For the obviuos reasons I dont want just anybody to do my cage because I spent so much money on the car. I dont mind paying as long as its as nice as the rest of the car. I can weld anything with a MIG welder but I have not master'd the art of a TIG. I only want the best, any info?

Call Jason @ Texas Racwerks 817-504-6513
He is far the best fabricator around DFW. The builds his own cages and builds them your your needs. He has room so give him a shout.

Give us a call.. Guarantee better quality work than any of the others mentioned, and at a great price. Even have a four-linked, King of the Hill '67 Camaro in the shop right now. If you would like, feel more than free to come by and check it out to vouch for the work.

Ask for Rod. He's been TIG welding for years, and we always have something in the shop to vouch for his welding.

Thats some funny shit! Everyone thinks they have the best skills at fabbing. Reminds me of car commercials or something. Turbostang and JamesB's Tig welding skills are as good as anyone mentioned above and would gladly post pics to back that up. Brooks can't bend a cage but can install them. James can make you a cage but you will have to wait till I get my shit done! lol

Thanks for the interest for sure, but as mentioned I work out of my garage and don't really have any way to bend a cage for your specific car. I would give JamesB a call. He's worked on a ton of fast cars and does superb work. I think his prices are some of the best in the business as well. I don't do much cage work unless it is pre-bent and notched stuff like Wolfe sells. Sorry man.
I don't know how this turned into bieng some dick swinging contest with people who have shops. Everyone knows the quality of work I do and what I do. I don't brag about bieng better than anyone else - I let my work speak for itself. I am sure if I had a shop I would have a lot more work than I could handle but I dont. I pick and choose the work that I get because of my limited time and space.
...so to all of the best fabricators and welders in Texas or DFW or whatever it is.. knock yourself out.. it's all yours!

Total who knows. We are on our 2nd one this year. We are working on Tom Malouf's car right now. It will be the nicest Mustang in DFW period. 25.2 cars take some time to build. That is a $10,000 cage.

LMAO you are claiming to have the best fab in DFW period and the nicest mustang in DFW period. I'm not saying the fab guy you have isn't good, or the Mustang won't be nice but pull the reigns back on claiming to be the best on either.

I am not playing with u kids anymore considering you don't even have a Mustang. Jason is awsome and what little I can help him with I enjoy. I am not going to get in a pissing contest with you or a dick size contest with you ( even know I know a girl that was seen yours  ) so I am done. We have built 3 Limited cars and you can check them out when race season starts. Other than that come and talk to me at the track.

Actually, he does have a mustang.
Got any pics of Tom's car? I'm curious to see how it's coming along.
I'd call http://www.smithracecraft.com as well. He's the most popular chassis builder in the area. Several KOTH, COTT and TT5 cars were done there as well as countless pro mods, pro street and even a few NHRA pro stockers.

well I know nothing about the best, but who ever did my cage is up there with the worse . Maybe one of these days I will spend some money and have it redone, but for now it will work.
But if i have to choose it will be JamesB for my cage. I wouldn't mind having Texas Racwerks but it doesn't sound like my wallet could handle them. 10K cage. A new cage for me is years many years away.
