im very disappointed with the kings they are sucking it up right now. i guess they are playing like they should. if dallas wins their two games in hand they will have a 20 point lead over the kings which is impossible for the kings to catchup.

The stars are just going crazy right now. Billy g is starting to click and are goaltenders are looking very sharp. But the division is in our hands for sure we might even get first in the west.

Too bad, except for the opening night comeback, that L.A. has our number - so far. They've whipped our ass in just about every game we've played them this year. Well, that's before we got hot and started winning every game in sight.

The threads about the division; which they have a pretty decent chance at taking. Will they win the cup probably not, but it's a damn good chance they'll be there.

Seeing how they usually win the division, I don't recall ever stating they would not. I thought the kings had a chance to win it, but the team has fell apart. Right now i'm trying to decide whether to root for more losses so they can get a better draft pick, or a playoff berth since anything can happen.

My problem has always been the homer's predicting cup championships after a few victories in the season. I remember a dominating Blues team from a few years ago that won the Presidents trophy that made a very quick exit from the playoffs. But you cant tell some of these guys on here that, no matter how many times they are proved wrong.

Stars have a 12 point lead. How does winning the two games in hand equate to a 20 point lead? Your math sucks more than mine.

There is a difference between being a homer and a fan. RyanB is a big stars fan. Season ticket holder, never misses a game. However, you don't see him making broad proclamations and such, unlike Dallasstars281 who after every Stars win streak is ready to crown his team champions.

No worries. I just bet on the Stars so i'm a winner either way. If the Stars win, I make money, if the Kings win, I lose money, but my favorite team wins. I see it as a win win proposition. :D :cool:

it was dallas 79 and La 65, which is a 14 point lead. now if they would beat la it would of been 16 and if they win both games they have in hand it would of been an 20 point lead.
