Nice times. Are you feeling more comfortable with the car (launching)?

Much better. I was launching at 5K, and was still boggin ever so slightly.

Soon as I get good axles, I'll be even more confident.

That car prolly has a 7.9 in it, if I drive the living hell out of it, powershifting, etc.

No kidding, your car moves pretty damn good for stock heads, especially in the first 330 or so feet.

Felpro 1250. The gasket protruded slightly into the port so we trimmed them to fit.

I think the gasket come out-of-the-box with the overlap option.

Well, I think this is my rough draft of a plan:

1) Aluminum Driveshaft

2) Tubular K
A ton of front end stuff, bushings, etc.
Coil overs
5-lug conversion
Big brakes
Sweet wheels
Hardened axles
Line-Lock

3) Power adder of some kind

Somewhere along in there I need a new vehicle, too.

Yep, I even sliced completely through one gasket, for improved flow between two adjoining ports (Port Sharing !)

Hey Sneaky, did you see the "Warlock" Nova car out there? All painted up with a shitload of guages, a cage, a small block making some noise, and running 9's ?

What a waste of a car.

Sure. You just can't imagine how good that car handles til you ride in it. It is a lot of fun to drive.

I will sacrifice a little bit of 60' and weight transfer for the everyday fun driving...
