I got a Vince Young Prospect card (Has Vince Young and Reggie McNeal on it) and it's professionally graded 10.

2003 LeBron James Upper Deck rookie card (BCCG graded 10)

A Ben Roethlisberger "Pigskin Future" card (SPA Graded 10)

And a 1998 Colloector's Edge Peyton Manning Promo card (BCCG graded 10)

All that for $25!!! I'm just adding to the collection I'm making for my son. Any other sports buffs here collect?

i really was into baseball cards as a kid, i went and bought a beckett a while back. now that i can afford to i have been tossing around the thought of starting collecting them again (baseball cards, not becketts). :D

Lately, I only buy single cards if they're graded (usually 10s, but I'll take an occasional 9 or 9.5 if it's something I just have to have). This guys sold all these cards to me on Ebay in one auction. As soon as I saw the "Buy it Now" at 24.95, I took it. It happens every now and then, but not too often. Most of what I have is from childhood. I still have tons of unopened complete sets and individual packages. There was a thread somewhere about it in the picture forum, I believe, but we were talking about eating some gum from those packages. LOL!

I'm waiting to see what the going price is on it. I was told it's only one of 2 that has scored a 10 in that card. It might just be a keeper, but I'll let you know either way.

I got a pretty good sized binder full of mostly baseball cards. I'll never forget the time when I was a little kid and I got a Hank Aaron holographic card and I thought it was a sticker (some of the packs came with silver stickers) and ruined it trying to peel it off.

I've got a closet full, could probably start up a small shop and do good for a while if I really had the urge. Have several Emmit Smith rookies, a couple of Aikmans and Irvins. I have several Yao Ming rookies, most are Topps pristines that are uncirculated.

The hottest things selling these days are professionally graded cards and unopened old shit. Hell, I've seen unopen packs even get graded and sealed!
