I have a PFT coming up on Feb 2nd and I haven't had the chance to run in the last 10 months so my 18 min 3mile has turned into about 2 miles at 14 minutes :( Do ya'll know any crashcourse programs to increase ur stamina in the matter of a week or so. :confused:

With that little time, I think the best thing would just be to run every other day for no more than 4 miles, get a lot of sleep and drink lots of water. Just get your legs used to running that distance again and stretch... good luck!
