cell mass
cytogainer mixed with milk
muscle milk mixed with milk

i need some more stuff i think, i also want somehthing that does not taste like chalk... I cant find the juice so what else is effective? I eat enough i do it atleast 5-6 times a day and thats a bitch...

I take GNC version of Protein Whey. It is pretty good I have noticed great results. I take four servings per day, two in the morning and two immediatly after my workout. Great taste.

I would usually push about 270 flat bench on my last set about 4 to 5 times, I am already up to 295 on my last set and I just hit it 5 times earlier this week. Increased my shoulder workouts and my bicep workouts. I have been using it for about 3 months and the price isnt too bad with the buy one get one 50 percent off.

Fuck the mixin BS....buy the right stuff and save the time mixing up your own brew.
