My computer used to show the Welcome screen whenever it came out of screen saver. I ran the latest security update for the .net framework and it no longer goes to the Welcome screen. Where is this control at so I can turn it back on?

desktop properties, screen saver, on resume password protect. try that.

There is an option there to enable\disable the Welcome Screen.
