I am 6'3'' and i weight about 275 and I am geting married in March and i need something to help lose wieght quick I want to be around 240-250 by middle of march. I go to 24 hr about twice a week but havent really noticed anyhting lately. I just wanted to see if there is somehting else I can do to lose weight quick. Thanks!!
Twice a week isn't enough. Go 4-5 times per week, have someone sketch a work out for you with low weight, lots of reps and lots of cardio. AND EAT RIGHT.

Lifting low weight and lots of reps will help build lean muscle mass which helps burn fat.

I eat right most of the time I keep away from cokes and stuff and very little fast food I dont drink and i eat alot of red meat and chicken and vegetables. I just dont know if i should take a supplement to help or not? I know that i could take like the ephedra stuff and lose it but i dont know if that is always a good thing.

Before I went to basic training I was 6', 215lbs, but solid from playing hockey. I got tired of having to go to the recruiter's office every week to get taped and body fat % tested, so I tried to just lose enough water weight to get me down below my max weight, which I believe was 205 or something right around there. I took Stacker 2 (w/ephedra) with the recommended usage that's on the label. I was able to cut 10lbs off in about 3 weeks with lots of running, about 3-4 miles per day on a treadmill, and the Stackers.
I also was eating cereal for breakfast, usually a sandwich or something like that for lunch, and usually some kind of meat w/a potato or other veggie for dinner. I also threw in a granola bar, banana, or something light and half way healthy between meals.
It can be done if you're motivated.

Do some a circuit work out about 3 times a week with low weight and high reps (12-15). But you have to do cardio about 4-5 times a week for about 30-45 minutes a pop. Make sure you drink plenty of water. It keeps you hydrated and slows your appetite.
Don't be the guy who wears the rubber suit on the treadmill for 30 min and then goes into the sauna. All you will lose that way is water weight and that is extremely dangerous.
Most of the weight loss stuff is crap but I've lost 6 pounds in a couple of weeks using Xyience's extreme fat burner. It may be due to some other factor but I was the same weight from August and hit the gym 3-4 days a week. After two weeks of their pills I've lost a little bit.

Sounds like the Stackers didn't help at all. I lost 10-11 lbs in 3 weeks basically doing the same thing only my meals were unhealthier than yours. I ran 3-4 miles a day 4-5 times a week. By the end of the month I had lost 14 lbs. But I plateau'd and it's been a struggle ever since.

They worked. I was very lean and built like a brick from playing hockey. I was around 7.5% body fat. It wasn't easy for me to lose weight.
I got down to 180 in basic training because I burned off all my muscle.

Cutting weight can be done safely under correct supervision. Its not the type of solution this guy is looking for, but is viable for short-term weight loss. The most I've ever seen anyone lose was Bobby Southworth off of The Ultimate Fighter and that was 20 lbs in 24 hours. I wouldn't reccomend going to that type of an extreme, but it can be a safe and viable option to loose a couple of pounds for a short amount of time.

The car accident did it for me!! 9 days I lost 30lbs!!
But do ya have a car fast enough; and insurance to pay the bills?!? :p
NFL linemen can lose 15-20 pounds in a game depending on the weather. Then again most of them are close to 300 pounds and probably take dumps that weigh more than I do.

I Lost 30 Lbs In 2 Months. I Was On A Weird Diet Though. No White Veggies, Little To No Bread, A Lot Of Chicken, Try Not To Eat Breaded Ck Though, No Fried Food. All The Salad You Want With Any Kind Of Dressing, No Carbonated Drinks, No Beer Or Alcohol, A Shitload Of Water. After Every Meal I Would Drink A Glass Of 100% Pure Grapefruit Juice, It Works As A Fat Burner. I Used Hydroycut Before Every Meal. I Took A Pill Called Thermalburst Before Every Work Out, I Would Go To The Gym Every Day Except Sunday, I Did A Lot Of Running (at Least 3 Miles A Day). And I Would Do A Little Weight Traning After The Cardio. In My Experience It Was Mostly Mental. Set Goals For Urself And Complete Them. Weight Loss Is Not Hard, U Just Got To Discipline Urself. Good Luck!
Also, for losing weight, the best time to do cardio is first thing in the morning before you eat. When you wake up your blood sugar is at its lowest point, so instead of using that as energy, you use fat (calories) for energy. Either that, or don't eat for a couple of hours before you work out and do cardio at the end of the work out because you'll use up most of your blood sugar while you're lifting.

Just remember you can eat the right kinds of food but in too large of portions and still gain weight. Bottom line you need to burn more calories than you take in. Therefore keep the caloric intake down and work out at least 3 times a week but in your case you may want to do more. These web sites may help give you an idea where you stand and what you need to do.

Most people aren't looking for a short term (3-5days) fix. When you go to these extremes you are only loosing water weight, not actual fat. Sorry but you are wrong, dehydrating your body is never a safe viable option. Thats the reason high school wrestling is under the microscope right now. In the last few years several kids have died trying to lose weight this way.

I've dropped a solid 10lbs (not counting water) since January 3. Diet and cardio isn't as easy as surgery or ice, but it sure is cheaper.

good grief. get your lazy ass off the couch and do some AM cardio on an empty stomach. run 2-4miles 3-4 times per week. also quit stuffing your face at meals. you dont get to be your size by eating right. LEAVE the steroids alone. the only thing you will accomplish by using them for a week is to shut down your HPTA and you will gain more fat. there is no quick fix for losing weight. you didnt put it on overnight and it sure as hell isnt coming off overnight...

Ok, I used to be fairly big, Then I lost weight, and got pregnant. Well, I had my baby and didnt think I would ever lose it. I took those metabolife pills (I think that is what they are called, red pills in a yellow bottle). I worked out and VERY RARELY ate fast food and if I did, I had a grilled chicken sandwich. I now weigh 125 lbs and am about 5 foot 7. It really worked. Good luck!! :D

phentheramine....
water, lean protein sorces, nothing with tons of cheese or condiments... like a salad doesnt count if you have bacon and 2 cups of ranch dressing on it.
Heres my routine... roll in to the gym, check myself in on the scale, strap on the MP3 player, stretch, get in a little time on an elliptical or treadmill just to get the blood flowing, lift(whatever body part(s) I have planned out for the day), usually do whatever weights i can squeeze about 8-12 reps out of. My lifting usually involves breaks of less than a minute between sets, as little as 30 seconds.. By the time I get to the cardio, my heart rate is already up and then I tear it up. End of story.
