I recieved a file that is a ".bin" what do I have to do to convert it or view it?
Extract objects with Isobuster.

Or create/find a .cue file for the .bin. Then you can burn or mount the image.

ok how do I do that, I got this file in 2 ".bin files" the firtst is called cd1 and the other cd2 the first has an .exe file that will allow me to start the install but when it says now insert cd2 I am lost and dont know what to do....

what I always did was burn them on CD ...not sure how you have it setup up ..but it should give u a option to look for the "cd" look for the other .exe file and run it

See, I tried that and there does not seem to be one to continue the install in the file. There is a .exe for the directx but not to install the rest of the files....

he speaks the truth...it will create a Fake cd drive ..let your computer think it is real and install it correctly
