Thank you Nutrex supplements. I take 6 caps of the Lipo6 daily, watch everything I eat and hit the gym 5 times a week. 20mins cardio to get heart rate up, then the 30min circuit training they have at 24hr, then 10 min break and 30min of light cardio again. And one Myoplex carb sense for the drive home. Thinking about picking up some Taraxatone so I can get rid of this water weight. I don't really care for saunas. I'm coming from 251lbs and at 5ft 6in there isn't anywhere for it to hide. I figure another 15-20lbs before any significant change in my appearance.

Tomorrow is the last of the Lipo6 I figure a month on a month off. I don't want to build up a tolerance. I think I'll probably keep it to 5 days of cardio a week instead. I can always build muscle later, I want to slim down before I try to bulk up again. I've been told that too much cardio will actually slow down the production of testosterone so I guess a T-booster with a estrogen blocker is in order.

That's definitely a good idea, but save your money on the Tatraxatone. It works, but diuretics are kinda pointless at your level of fitness, because all it will do is temporarily make your scale weight go down, and won't really effect your appearance. Get rid of all the fat first, then you can squeeze the water out to look a little more ripped.

Good job and good luck! Losing is half the job and maintaining is the other half. I started Oct 31 '05 at 173 and I'm down to 157 just by doing cardio 4-5 times a week for about 25 mins. No supplements and I pretty much eat what i want. As long as you have your metabolism going, the weight stays off! :D

Congrats man. That's a lot of weight to cut off in just over a month. Keep up the good work!

Looks like i'm out of the gym for a few days, think I have the flu. After this clears up, I'm gonna cut out the weights and focus on at least an hr of cardio 5 days a week.

Well I think I've just about kicked this flu bug and I'll hit the gym tomorrow finally to see where I am at. I picked up a bottle of Lipodrene, pretty much a fat burner that now has ephedra in it. I never got to use the stuff when they all had since I wasn't a total fatbody. I'm planning on 35lbs in 10weeks, I think for the most part I've lost water weight. But there are now signs of improvement. A bit of definition wanting to show and a bit more vascular.

Keeps the weights and do cardio so you don't lose as much lean mass, more muscle means more calories burned.

On e-bay to be honest. I had been reading about it for a while and decided to get it. You can actually find it at the Vitamin Shoppe but I would call and make sure they have it in stock. I went there today to pick up another bottle and they didn't have any. And I can tell you that I have not taken it for over a week, sick as a dog no caffine and no time in the gym and I picked up a bottle of Lipodrene since it has ephedra in it and its bunk. I'm telling you that the Lipo6 will kick your ass! I'm gonna finish this bottle sice I paid over $40 for it but after that I'm sticking with my Lipo6. Its made by Nutrex if they ask. I should have taken some before and after pics. The stuff is awesome.

I'm glad it's working for you, but your diet and cardio routine should be getting the majority of the credit. Fat burners help, but they won't do jack if you're eating crappy and sitting on your ass.

True. I'm gonna pick up a container of muscle milk since its on sale and use it in place of my myoplex carb sense. Its more calories but its supposed to be more beneficial in promoting lean muscle growth than what I'm using now. Its only $25 so I better get it while its cheap.

Try the ON shakes, taste damn good & have only a fraction of the fat Muscle Milk has.

Picked up a 5lb container of the ON whey and its not bad. It mixes really well but I'm not used to the consistancy. Good stuff. BTW I thought it was a bit funny to read the Muscle Milk label where it says don't store fat burn it but on the back it says not for weight reduction. So I guess its the myoplex carb control and my ON shakes from now on.

Now at 220.9lbs. Who needs a personal trainer. My money was much better spent on my supplements and getting tips from those around me in the gym.
