robertsgoodnight@yahoo.com :oAre they Flaming River Racks? The Flaming river racks are brand new and made by them , They've been used by the Mustang crowd for over a decade. But normally sell for $259-$279.

The stock rack is fed fluid by of a pump thus the term "power steering". Flaming river racks are manual racks meaning no pump(adds 10-15 HP). Im sure we all have paid more for less. And there isn't much difference in the force needed to turn these things..........they're actually pretty easy.

The stock rack is run off of a pump thus power steering, flaming river racks are manual racks meaning no pump. Now you have no pump, pulley meaning more horsepower, about 5-10. Im sure we all have paid more for less.
weight loss too.

Could I use my stock steering shaft with the 15:1 rack? If so I would be interested in the 15:1 + the installation kit for an 87 coupe. When do you need the money.

You must use an aftermarket shaft on the manual racks. People should start getting their money in to me on Friday.
