I cant believe that anybody takes this clown seriously. Can you imagine if he had become president? Im willing to bet that he would be just like one of those muslum nutbags...Isnt it funny how religion is supposed to be about peace and love towards others yet it is one of the biggest causes of war,murder,ect..
I wonder if when his wife or him die or have a heart attack if he will blame it on something they did.

That fuck needs to die. I try not to cuss in this forum, but that bastard deserves it. The world would be a better place without him, or his ilk, whether christian, muslim, jewish.

Yep, and it was Pat Robertson and Jerry Fallwell who pretty much engineered the whole right wing republican/ Christian Coalition marriage. Enjoy!!! Just gives whole right wing that that nice moral feeling!! But hey, those 2 put a lot of republicans in office!

I guess because he's a Christian and I'm a Christian... then I'm just like him. Just like all muslims are terrorists.

My "jab" was at the right wing republicans. Some on this board claim that the republican party is "moral" because it's association with the Christian Coalition(Robertson) and the old Moral Majority(Falwell). Robertson and Falwell may have been christians when they were young, but power and dreams of more power totally corrupted them. They have become heathens.

Pixie, I really wouldn't call Robertson or Falwell christians, regardless of what they call themselves. Much the same, I wouldn't call Bin Laden a muslim. It's unfortunate there's so many "christians" that actually agree with Robertson and Falwell. Most have been duped, or at least I'd hope that's the case. But some surely are of the same mind. I wouldn't call them christians either.

Ok... then I will retract my comment. To be honest, I really don't pay much attention to Robertson or Fallwell. It just irritates me when many people lump Christians together and think we're all the same. Unfortunately, many Christians have acted out of selfishness and do things claiming that it's "in the name of the Lord" when it really isn't.

Right, we are all still just humans who make mistakes. Even people who hijack the Christian name. (not saying Robertson did or didn't) I definitely think he is way off on this one, though. The Crusades were in the name of the Lord too.

Pat Robertson is by no means main stream christian . He's about as far right as it gets and I am very suprised no one has popped him yet .

In all honesty , he's just like Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson , all of these guys use their knowledge and persuation skills to deceive the ignorant and poor into funding their cause .
