need help with video

[Cartman]

after I put itunes on my pc i have had a problem with opening up programs and seeing them open. they seem to appear off to the left of the screen. I tried to adjust my monitor to see if they show up but it is just black space. I can get them to move over by right clicking the mouse and hitting move and dragging it back over. but I can't do that to all of them. any suggestions on how to fix this problem. I do have an after market video card. but never had a problem with it.


also I unistalled itunes and that didn't help i even restored to an earlier date and that didn't fix it.
