AIM Virus?

I'm not sure, but I think I may have a virus on my AIM.

After a couple of minutes it automatically puts me to away with some message taht says "Wow lookie here" or there abouts with a link below it. :confused:

How do I fix this? I tried running my Norton Antivirus, but it says something about activeX controls wont allow some stuff to come up. When something does come up and I click the scan for viruses it does nothing. :confused:

Help me :(

EDIT: It just popped up again says "OMG LOOK http://www.4photo.net/picts.php?newyears !!!" <----I wouldnt click that though.

See I went to that site and downloaded AIMFix, but have no idea where to go from there. :confused:

I click the AIM fix thing. A blank DOS looking screen pops up with some words and then goes away immediately.

And then I had an AIMFix notepad shortcut on my desktop which has all this:

yeah i got an im like that from someone on my buddy list that said look at me i was so drunk over new years and i clicked on it and now after like 5 mins it closes my buddy list window and the signs me off and i have to resart my comp to get it to sign back in anc my antivirus says there is a trogan in some final but it can't be deleted or cleaned

Well this sumbitch isnt doing a thing but being a neusance.

Sends me "away" out of the middle of no where and then within the away message, has that lookie here BS and the virus link for someone else.

Everything else still works fine on the comp, AIM works fine.

Just fucking annoying. :mad:
