Looks like total crap to me but Randy Couture swears by it. Dan Fizo is pushing it really hard but then again $130 for a $15 necklace and $5 bracelet makes for a pretty good profit.

Personally I think buying a Cannibal Corpse or Killswitch Engage CD would do better:)
