The general consensus on the interweb is that it's crap like 99.9999% of the other supplements out there. As an added bonus it apparently tastes like crap and it's odor comes through your pores.

I'd spend my money on some no xplode first, at least then you get tons of caffeine and a nice fruity beverage:)
