disable pop ups and any anti virus you might have. I had the same thing happen to me. After I disabled all that crap it worked fine.

Ok, i lowered my security, disabled active x blocking on my browser and on spy sweeper. The thing is enabled, but i can't figure out whats stopping it. See look.

Strange, I didnt have this much trouble. I did have to eliminate the google tool bar all together (View then Toolbars then unchecked the google toolbar) and agree to trust this site before it would let me continue. This is all I did.

It looks like the video card has alot to do with the overall scoring. The higher end the card, the better the score. Some members have comparible machines, but different cards, and the score is completley different.
