Wednesday: Lats / Middle Back / Lower Back / Traps
1.) Pull Ups 30
2.) Lat Pull Downs 3
3.) T Bar Rows 3
4.) One arm Rows 3
5.) Bent Over Rows 3
6.) Lower Back Raise 3
7.) Shrugs 3
Thursday: Off
Friday: Delt / Triceps
1.) M P w/ BB 3

Formadrol for PCT and a Joint stuff
i weighed in at 185 on 12/12/2005
as of yesterday i was 195

I know he is a pussy, but that is still a quick gain. :D I weighed 150 the day I went into the Marines. I was 172 the day I graduated bootcamp, 88 days later.

It's CRAP!
If you wanna be nice sized...just take protein, a good Multi-V, and hit the weights like you are on the juice.
If you wanna be inhuman...shoot the juice and hit the weights like you are on the juice.

Jester............How is your diet?? You have to maintain a positive nitrogen balance to have an anabolic state, if not, your body goes catabolic and doesn't gain.............
Also, how often do you change out your workout? Muscle memory is a bitch. You have to change every so often to shock your muscles after you plateau

I don't know about the other guys that have juiced, but I did it once to see for myself, and loved it. I got huge, was horny as hell and enjoyed the confidence, but then what? I didn't compete or anything so I was big, not flexible and could have ended up seriously injuring myself so I quit. Now I train for tri's and love it. I can run a mile in 6:30 and bike 12 miles and still swim after that for 750 meters. I think it's all about perspective, personally I would never juice again, because I feel like I have a much better balance of fitness. Just my two cents.
