Cross cable flys will help a lot. If you are trying to promote seperation, use dumbells and do flys. Diet and cardio can also help you achieve what you are wanting to do.

Steriods... works wonders.
No bench widen your grip. Pullups... can't do them... Pushups widen your stance. Wire cross cable is good for the upper chest. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio helps to cut the fat.

everyone says cardio..........how much time and for how long should i masterbate and how often...........J/K maybe.........that is on my list. i just moved into a apt. complex and i live right next to the fitness center, so i can walk over there. i also need to get a raquet and raquet ball.( apt. has a raquet ball room)

Well I usually do 15 to 20 mins a day cardio, but that's on the treadmill or on the eliptical (sp) or raquet ball is cool. Just to build up a sweat. Watching your salt intake helps as well causes you to retain water.
Jacking off... well depends if it's within a minute then no that's not enough cardio.

that is the MOST ignorant comment i have ever heard.. if you cant gain mass from flat barbell bench.. you are ding it wrong..
flat barbell and incline dumbells are my ONLY chest mass movements. and they work Fine for me and the entire rest of the body building and weight lifting world.pushups are for people who cant move any decent weight on the bench.

for sure!! I'm dropping weight lately.. Oct 31 I was 172 and this morning I was 158.. You can start seeing the cuts in your body once the fat melts. I'm trying to get to 150 within the next 3 weeks! I am defintely watching what i eat(usually not all the time) and get on the Eliptical 4-5 times a week

Im talking about fast results. And I can move decent weight on the bench. Last time I maxed I put up 275 8 times, had more just got a cramp. I like the way that push up's shape my chest. SON!

Completely false.
Also, bench is not the only way to build mass in the chest. It is one of the hardest on the shoulders (rotator cuff). Works great, but there are definitely other alternatives. I prefer dumbell chest press, but to each his own. There are plenty of bodybuilders that do not do traditional bench press.

dumbell press... it would be awsome to do say 300 on flat bench but also be able to do 150 in each hand w/ dumbell........but its harder doing dumb bell presses.

Genetics shape your chest. Reps/weight make it bigger or smaller.

White lightning...you know better than to not finish your statement.....You said flat bench and incline dumbells are just fine for you and the rest of the BODYBUILDING community. Last i checked cables and decline are crucial for pectoral development especially to a body builder. Flyes are pretty inportant as well.
Lincoln boy- For lower chest do decline, and as far as deffinition and size try cable crossovers. Freeze at apex of contraction to "pump" your muscles and increase the blood flow.
At the begginning and end of your workout, dips are a nice compound movement.

Not true either. Your chest muscles contract as a group just like your abs. Hitting the muscle groups at different angles is effective because provides something different that the muscles are not accustomed to. Adapting to different movements or angles causes stress on the muscles and can be effective in getting past plateaus.
A common misconception with muscle groups such as the abs or pecs is that the upper, lower and medial muscles contract seperately. They do not. Doing decline does not "work" the lower pecs. It simply works the muscle group from a different angle and encourages growth. Change is good. Variety is good. Got it?
Best money you could ever spend to learn about muscle development is to take the Cooper Clinic biomechanics certification. Even if you are not going to be a trainer, it can be an invaluable tool in learning about resistance training and well, biomechanics.

cables are NOT a core mass movement..i build nmy chest with very little cables and when i did cables. i never went really heavy

What did i say that wasn't true....all you realkly did was explain why the workouts i said worked. I think you just wanted to spout off about your "biomechanics" haha.
And im not talking about your workout white lightning....you're a has.... Im talking in reference to bodybuilders. Thats why i capitalized it.

I prefer strapping a 130 lb dumbell around my waste and doing dips...
Talk about chest wanting to rip apart.
