he's a great young player, but he is still an unproven player. he will be in the next olympics. and i think canada will win the gold with broduer and turco in the pipe for team canada. canada is so deep with talent they could have 2 teams and still be good.

Thank you Captain Obvious, or should I say "guy who read the yahoo/espn excerpt" that said the same thing on Crosby.

FYI-Turco is the 3rd goalie. So it's Brodeur and Luongo between the pipes with Turco pulling mop up duty.

Come on Hollywooo. You know with a name like dallasstars3fdaf38fna he is a hockey genius. anyway Im glad Crosby didnt go.... he doesnt deserve to go yet. next time yes , his first year in the NHL no. Sadly Broduer is the # 1 goalie, Turco would do better. Loungo and Broduer have had crap seasons so far.... It should be Turco and Cujo in net and Loungo backing them up. That is what should have happened.

Agreed. Turco and Cujo have been stellar as of late, with the other two struggling. I seem to recall similar moves in the past if i'm not mistaken. The Canadians can be a bit foolish with their Olympic teams at times. I think it's that arrogance that hockey is their game.
