"The Texas player and the person who was "assaulted" have spoken. An apology was given and charges will not be pressed."
The above is a snip from texags, but it sums up numerous stories on hornfans, and most of the people I've spoken to in and around Austin, as well as a media story or two on ESPiN.

Per ESPN, about 10 minutes ago, an unamed player now has a lawyer but is still "just being investigated". Nothing like a distraction or 2 just before the big one! I'd say most likely nothing will come of this.

Ced "The Head" Griffin is being advised by Attorney Ken Oden.
Although as Hook 'Em already pointed out, it appears the 12/10 incident was a trash talking one that was blown out of proportion. This was the one Ced The Head was being questioned on.

Yes, because it's likely someone would get a fat check for being yelled at, after they pushed someone....

for not pressing charges and could mess up texas shot at the title it might be worth 10k, maybe more. you would be surprised what they will pay to keep off of there records, it hurts their draft and money so 10k spent here is better than losing 2 to 4 million signing bonus.

Ya know, if there was an arrest or something, you might have a point. Do you, once again, know something that you and you you are privvy to?

I know as much as everybody else here. but I am just saying I wouldn't say I am sorry if I did nothing wrong. unless I had something to lose.
