I use it. However it does contain Ephedra so if you wish to exclude it don't take Lipodrene. I have had great success with it.

its a diet pill or vitamin that has ephedra in it same shit in the old metabolife from what i was told and i took it and it gave me some good energy with out the jitters but i only took 1 and i not once felt lazy nor hungry

I have been taking it for over a week now and I can tell that it's working, I don't know if my boyfriend can tell cause he has yet to say so. But I am not hungry at all and I feel very good but I do get moody at times. I am going to stay on it so I can lose weight for me, my girls, and the love of my life! :)

I get my local at the Smoothie Factory. I don't know of any other place that sells them. They are not cheap but work great and so far do what they said they do.

I paid like $40.00 with taxes ( 100 tabs ). Online I found them about $27.00 before tax and shipping so I think it's about the same either way.

I would start one in the morning and work yourself up to the 2nd one at lunch. They are really powerful and you don't won't to over do it. I have lost alot of weight in the last 3 years and I still have like 30 pounds to go. I know that it can be done, you just have to set your mind to it and most of all JUST DO IT, no one can do it for you! Good Luck & God Bless
