If you eat right they help a little.

I ate really clean, no carb and took efedra. It worked well for me. I'm pretty skepticle of Hydroxycut.

I noticed when I have fat, and use it with working out and eating right - it burns that fat quicker. However, once you start trimming up pretty good - it won't have as much of an effect. You'll just be buzzing a lot.

Take care,

Eh, yeah, but I don't think anymore then a few cups of coffee. I found that if you drink a ton of water with it too, you don't get messed up as bad. Not that it is bad to begin with.

Yeah, but its doing something to ya that's probably not good for ya.

When I played college football there were days when I was so tired I would take ripped fuel, which is pretty much the same thing, and I would be so wired all through practice its not even funny. I would never get tired. I would run everywhere I went.

Then on other days when I felt rested and didn't take it, I couldn't run like that if I tried.

Too many athletes have died from taking some sort of "energy" pill while playin sports. Usaully from some sort of heart failure.

But, it's just like anything else. Everything has its consequences

if you do enough cardio to compliment the stuff, it helps a lot more than not using it. And, you can always find big bottles cheap on ebay.
I went this whole semester working out without taking using any kind of supplements at all, and haven't gotten near the results I wish I could've :( damn dark beer.....

that's why I stopped taking stuff like that. sometimes it would make me jittery, and it always gave me bad acid relux (which I get easily).
