Just got a question on whats the average payments ppl are making on them. Im not trying to be noisy but just trying to get a ballpark range on payements.

So well say whats the average payments on Suzuki Gsxr1000 and 600 or a Yamaha R1 or R6.

the easiest way is to do this. if you pay 10,000$ for the bike, and have a 5 year note (60 month), you will pay 167$ a month before interest which can vary depending on your rate.

Same here, my shit is paid for. But just call the dealer you are interested in buying from and see what specials they have going on. Sometimes I know Yamaha will run a low APR for 48mo at the beginning of the year (late Dec. to early Feb.) that way you can figure it out.

My crap is paid for so I don't have to worry about making payments on a bike that is all wodded up if I highside and it starts going end over end. :cool:

a good way to figure it is to figure $25 per $1000 spent.

i.e. finance $10,000 and have a $250 payment... roughly

If you want to know a better answer you can come see me at Yamaha Suzuki of Texas!

Thx for the heads up i just hate dealing with salesmans when im not ready too buy, but i kinda like too have a game plan when the time comes.

88Hatch5.0- would yall match Bartsdalle,OK dealership prices? I know its a drive up there but id be willing to do so to save $1500. I know most in-town dealership dont want too budge on price cause they dont have too, but going to to the country and spend maybe $100 on gas is worth me saving $$.

But i know $$ talks and b.s walks ill go up there and see what yall can offer.

don't forget you have to pay TT&L over one of those dealerships, which is normally ~700$, so You can probably get as good of a price overall locally.

Sure man let me know what you are buying and what the price is.

Be careful though. When you buy bikes out of state they can't charge you tax title and license. You will end up paying less out the door in Oklahoma and even have a less payment. However, in order to get license plates you will have to go to the DMV and pay the tax title and license there. Which means you can't finance it in with the deal. You will have to come up with $1000 or so to get plates for it.

LOL @ 129 a month unless you put 5grand down, you wouldn't come close to paying that off in 5 years.

Monthly payment = Cost of bike*[ (i(1+i)^n)/(((1+i)^n)-1)] /12

n= number of years you finance
i= interest rate

You will probably get an interest rate around 6-15 percent....so you are looking at monthly payments ranging from 200-250 dollars.
