anyone know of a good routine for quads?? im overseas in the navy and i workout to pass the time "when im not working that is" i pretty much got a good routine for everything else but im lacking in that department any advice?? :confused:

squats...one of the best you can do. i did the same thing in afghanistan ,nothing to do but work out in a damn desert

squats are goin to mainly work your hams but stick a little board up under your heels almost like your wearin high heels. lighten the weight accordingly but your quads will burn like no other

Squats will be your best over-all mass builder, but the leg sled is a little easier on your lower back. Don't go extremely heavy on leg extension, it's horrile on your knees.
