I want to go back to lifting but my hours suck ass here is my schedule most of the time but like most things its subject to change without notice...
monday 7pm till 5am
tuesday 11.30pm till 10am wed
thursday 4am till 2pm
friday 7pm till 5am
saturday 11.30 pm till 10am sunday
I have no real day off my eating habbits suffer greatly cause on monday and friday I get no lunch or break for 7 to 8 hours , so I usually eat something bad to try and last those hours, as for sleep some days i get 10 hours and some I get only 4 to 5 so there goes the eating habbits again the more Im awake the more I eat and vice versa.... I was thinking of maybe sleeping for a while thursday and or sundays when I get off and then going to lift cause those are the only nights I can sleep in , but if I sleep till midnight or so then I have no days at all to see my friends and or family cause they all live on that real world schedule... btw I work at mrs bairds bakery....

Simple solution - Gym x(now known as Reaction Fitness) on 19th Street is 24 hrs.
Whenever I was up late studying or so forth, I used to go in there real late at night or in the a.m. to workout,...just watch out for the Fags!!!
I work 12-14 hrs a day, 6-7 days a week, and sleep on average 4-5 hrs a night and still manage to workout 1-2 hrs a day...so don't give me this no time bs.

I have time I guess its just tough trying to stick to anything , everytime I have something figured out , they go and change it and usually my sleep suffers  and that was an estimate on my hours I usually have to work more than 12 on the days before a so called day off..., and also about reaction fitness I drive by there sometimes and it looks closed? :(

Gold's was full of wanna be juicers.
I had never worked out at a gym that had 1+ T.V., so it was really nice having your own personal flatscreen.
You just have to motivate yourself.
Set yourself small obtainable goals, achieve them, then keep working upwards until you FINALLY achieve your long-term goal....
4 years later....I still have yet to reach that long-term goal.
:(
Good luck.

That's one crazy schedule....if it were me, I would go workout right after work.
As far as the diet goes, I take one of those soft coolers with me to work with fat free yogurt, fat free/sugar free jello, a banana or two and pack it with re-freezable "ice" packets. That way, when I do get hungry at work, I eat that instead of hitting up the vending machine.

when I was lifting thats when I did it , only problem now is that I work 7 straight days in a yo yo pattern , when I leave im so damn tired I can barely even make the car sometimes....lol I had a day off friday and when I go back it was a 12 hour shift with one break and my leggs are still sore right now the days off just dirupt my rythem... I do quite a bit of walking upwards of 10 miles a night on concrete, so my feet leggs and knees hurt all the time , I do mess around with the weights at home sometimes , but without a spot its hard to reach failure.... and my diet sucks so bad , I do good sometimes then I gorge myself others I am a nervous stressed out person , and sometimes I overeat without thinking.hell I almost went through 20 bucks today burger king , long john silvers and now whataburger :o .. :( I am joining a gym this weekend cause I am finally off 2 days in a row

Why don't you just work out as soon as you get off?

How about working out as soon as you get up, as opposed to after you get off work. After walking so many miles on concrete it is no wonder that you are tired. I used to work 12 hour shifts that periodically rotated from days to nights..so I know that can really mess you up. Plus sounds like your diet is a problem too, I would take the fruits, yogarts and take some crackers like 'cheez its' to satisfy the fat. I would jog three to four times a week for cardio, you can do that in your own neighborhood. I think it is really important for your workout facililty to be near your home. Hang in there it will pay off!

;)I know hell I did ther whole taking lunchmeats and premade healthier foods for several weeks at a time but something always throws me off , usually on mon and friday im lucky if I get to eat the whole day , I never know when ill get to go to lunch on the other days either somethimes its 4 to 5 hours after I come in and others its maybe an hour before I go , or even an hour after I have arrived ,having just ate  stability in my life helped hell a year ago I was going to the gym eating better but I was drinking some....lol I think I was around 210lbs now closer to 235lbs :( I know it sounds like excuses and it is pretty much but working here , I am always reguarded as the only one willing to work hard and show up wether sick , tired , fed up or anything else, I just cant seem to take my dedication to other areas of my life? :D

I have done that but it turned into the whole thing of me just working out my upper body cause my feet and leggs were hurting so bad that even the exercise bike was a chore to use...

Something is better than nothing. If you can't work out your legs then work out your upperbody. Unless you are seeing huge gains you will not look funny for a while.
