Anyone ever use musclemilk? What has your experience been with it? I just started on it. I have heard nothing but good things about it. Only thing is, either I was to intense lifting or something is wrong because I got the dry heaves. I feel like blowing chunks!!!!!!

If I am not heading straight home after a workout then I will grab a muscle milk for the instant protien, but that's it.

It tastes good, but it's super high in fat.
