It is, if he keeps using it long enough he'll be able to get to his member again, and be able to have sex. :p

Sounds like you're on the right track.
Just don't be a sucka and quit like the rest do.
I too have bad asthma and turn VERY red due to the lack of O2 in my blood.
I have found that a very strict diet and elevated HR can do wonders on the body.
I use intensity in my training as my cardio and it works very well for me.
Try out different methods, but just remember...what you put into your body and the intensity in your training is what you will get out of it.

Get you about 25 minutes on the treadmill at 6.5 mph and then get another 20 minutes on that tower of pain. That shit will make a man out of you real quick.

Anyone who thinks it is easy, doesn't know how to use it :)

Row 6k on it and keep at/under avg. 1:45m/2min

I never said it was easy...I just prefer having a masculine body type....not a womanly figure.
To each their own bro.
Now run along....go back to the computer forum where you belong.

Lol, how do you figure that working your biceps, quads, calves, and lats over just your quads and calves will make you womanly?

But yeah, we here at Texas Crew are a bunch of womanly figurines.

The row machine is ok, but unless you're training specifically for rowing, it's not all that great as an overall workout IMO. I guess it works out your back pretty good but that's about it.

Womanly's not the right word, but that's a little skinnier than I would want to be. Rowing is a bit too intense an upper body workout to maintain decent mass with, I prefer maintaing a medium pace on the elliptical trainer to get my heart rate up, with out to sever of a catabolic effect.

my man breasts are as close to womenly as i want:)
also. i have no fear of the row machine. in my early days i did ALOT of rowing. but had to stop because i kept snapping the chains on the machine:) they are not meant for peopel who can hammer row 300 per arm.
