well i havent worked out in a month (me=lazybastard) and so ive noticed ive been getting back pains in my lower back, any clue whats up? should i see a doctor on this? i havent done squats or lower leg exercises in a LONG time, ive just focused on upper body exercises. i get it everytime i sit down and when i lean forward it hurts a little, its not bad back pain, but its enough to notice, my back feels tight, should i just get a message? im 5'5" and im still growing also im 17 years old is this growing pain as well?

probably weak muscles in your lower back.

also focus on your abs... stronger abs takes pressure off your back to hold you up...
