already do that. Post Workout shake is icecream, banana, peanut butter, milk, and whey protein. Good for around 1K calories or so the size i make it.

Different things work for different people. Depending on where you are now.
Have you hit any plateaus yet?

What do you weigh now? How tall are you? What is your approximate lean muscle % and fat %age? How often you workout? How many hrs. you sleep?

Lots of stuff you can eat how much mass you plan on puttin on. Diet is probably 60-75% of the total equation.
Lean Proteins- approx. 1-1.5x body weight per day(Had my best results using "isopure") http://www.naturesbest.com/
essential Amminos http://www.amino-vital.com/index.asp?bhcd2=1131602695
creatine monohydrate
Gakic supposed to be good stuff too. http://www.gakic.com/

I can pm you a few meal plans(would last about a week). That would be kind of long to put up here.

Just use two scoops, mixed with some Hypnotic.

I use this with a meal plan. It actually tastes really good. 656 calories to start then add some peanut butter and its easily over 800

I took 3 scoops of that no-xplode stuff, and 2 scoops of cellmass with a couple scoops of creatine one morning with a rockstar energy drink and I seriously thought about going to the hospital because I was so wired. I worked out for like an hour and then went about my day and I wasn't fatigued at all, when usually I would be dead tired after a morning workout. After that I did 2 scoops mixed with fruit punch to take away the horrid flavor of it.

The bag of serious mass is a chocolate shake that tastes horrible

The cellmass is horrible, but is supposed to be fruity. . . it's bad.

And the creatine just tastes terrible no matter what you do.

If you're looking for a quality off the shelf weight gainer try N-Large2 (Chocolate). Cytogainer is also good but too sweet for me. The Cytogainer is very close to the N-Large2 product but has creatine already in it.

make your own shake... anything you buy at the store is going to have a ton of sugar in it.. if you dont mind spending money find the cheapest place to buy muscle milk

2-3 scoops whey
1/2 - 1 cup of oats
2 cups milk

+whatever else you want

ice cream/cool whip/yogurt - to make thicker if you want
natural pb
fruits
honey

Not really any best recipes. You kind of have to figure out what works best for your body.
I would suggest Essential aminos, 1g-1.5gX ur bodyweight in a protein, creatine, balanced diet.
