there is not a workout in the world to get rid of it.... you got to eat right and lost of cardio

Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. Count your calories and do some cardio. Oh yeah, quit drinkin' beer. ;)

To an extent. Worry more about your calories from fat that are taken in.

You can't spot reduce. Most of a guys extra fat is in the belly though, so it usually comes off from there first and fastest.

To an extent. You can still hinder fat loss, or even gain weight, by eating too much low fat food. There is such a thing as too much of a good thing.

Make sure you supplement some EFAs if you are gonna keep your fat intake that low, you don't wanna dry out.

Definition comes with an extremely low bodyfat. Most normal people don't understand what it is to be at 7% or 8% body fat. Shed that fat of the top of them, and your abs will show through.

Watch diet-No sugar, low fat, lots of water
Don't drink beer. If you must drink try mixed drinks(bourban&7, diet coke&vodka, etc)
Lots of cardio. If trying to retain muscle, cadio in fat burning zone only.
Ab exercises(on relatively empty stomach/try in the morning). Muscles burn fat.
good reference
pick up a men's fitness. They usually talk about this every month.
