Im actually involved with the mini-ephedras they sell them at privately owned gas stations :)
I LOVE ephedra, but besides that point try to score some Stacker 2 its MUCH better IMO :)

It is only effective in conjunction with a low-fat calorie specific diet and regular cardiovascular exercise. There are no magic pills.

What about an ECA stack?
Pretty much the same thing. The bronchiodialaters that you can find at the gas stations are primarily just ephedra, but most of the metabolic enhancers sold in the health aisle are some sort of ECA stack, to capitalize on epedras ability to assist with burning fat. Ephedra being the "E", which increases the bodies BMR (basal metabolic rate), opens the bronchial passages, increases the hear rate, as well as your blood pressure. Caffiene is the "C", yet another stimulant, and aspirin is added in to further open up your blood vessels. It helps you process calories and burn fat more efficiently, but without a solid supporting diet and exercise program, you're just gonna be wasting your money and taxing your heart for no good reason.

Unlike methamphetamine though, ephedra has actually been clinically shown to help preserve lean tissue while in a calorie defecit.
I personally would take Clenbuterol before another ECA. ECA always had me on edge about the littlest things, and my heart would go racing for no reason. A buddy of mine was hospitalized when it ate out his stomach lining. Granted, he was taking quite a bit more than the recommended dose, but ECA should definitely be handled with respect.

You can get ECA at GNC or any supplement store, but Clen is perscription only for asthma patients.
One thing you might want to know is ephedrine is an anti-viagra... :p

How so? I would think that better blood flow would be good for sustaining an erection.

Pseudoephedra is used in treating priapism. Not sure if ephedrine has the same effect. Cronic high blood pressure is a well known cause for ED but we're talking about short term effect here with ephedrine. Also ephedrine is part of Exctasy and while it can be the other compounds in it, Exctasy is certainly an anti-viagra. A lot of information in the web hints that ephedrine does lower erectile functions but I don't think they have made clinical studies about it yet. There is also a lot of information that points to ephedrine increasing libido but that could be explained by the increase in "energy".
Stimulants like ephedrine and caffeine also irritate prostate which can lead to prostatitis and that has a very negative effect on erection.
It's one of those things one should keep an eye on. Younger guys might not notice the effects as easily but I will stay away from ECA stacks and pseudoephedrine. :)

weird. last time i took ECA was when i was around 28.. all it did was make me real ago.. sweat like a pig and want to fuck:) and i had no problems getting Mr happy up.. i guess it doesnt do it to everyone.

If I remember correctly Clenbuterol was replaced with Albuterol for asthma patients, but Clen can still be purchased online as a "Research Chemical".

Ephedrine is still available (RX AFAIK) as is pseudoephedrine (OTC).

Not sure if any of you are aware of this but they lifted the ban on ephedra.
I talked to girl working in GNC and she basically said that they lifted the ban on it, but GNC will never carry it again, due to chances of lawsuits etc because they are such a big company. Ephedra isnt actually a anti-viagra. Like White lightning said, it got Mr. Happy up..........lol, and it had no affect on my "Beat-It-Up-Appointments"
It's all really in who you are and how if affects you. If you have heart problems before, then I wouldnt recommend taking them, but I'm no Dr.
I use to weigh 253lbs and now I weigh 190lbs due to Stacker2s.
For a fact, those helped me because I've been on every diet out there and thats the ONLY one that worked for me. The ephedra will make you jittery and it curves my appetite but I'm not saying it will yours.
It's like racing........If you put something on your car and put the same thing on someone elses, 1 of them will run better than the other, so if you and another friend take it, it'll work better for one of you.......just how it is, so instead of taking advice, just try it and if it works great, if not......move on and find something that does.
I took one this morning and it made me want to go buy a Supra..........lol

According to Hydroxycut's website, they no longer use ephedra in their products.
What are some of the 'current' products that contain ephedrine? It worked well for me.

That's awesoe that you were able to make such great progress on Stacker II, but something to keep in mind is that you can't take it forever. You've got to focus on your diet and willpower when losing bodyfat no matter what enhancers you are taking. Once you get off the supplements and no longer have their appetite suppressing effects, it's up to the habits that you formed while dieting, and sheer willpower to keep the weight from coming back. Fat people got fat from their eating habits, and they'll only stay lean by changing those habits.

You're right....the enhancers will work at first but they wont put you in any magazine without hard work. The bad thing is that every person is born with a certain amount of fat cells in their bodies and it just depends on how you control it. Some of my friends can eat all damn day and not gain a lb, but if I smell food I gain weight. One good thing to remember though, is more muscle = more metabolism........
