Redline Raceway- Racing for "C"

We at Redline Raceway will be open on Sunday Nov. 20 from 1:00 PM till dark. 100% of the money made on tech cards will be donated to Claudette Rodriguez and family. We were originally scheduled to be open that day but if you guys want to come out and help the Rodriguez family we'll do what we can to aid in the cause

We just want to do our part in helping out a fellow racer and her family in their time of need.

I have been racing for 12yrs, I don't know C personally, but being a fellow racer anything I can do to help I will do, so if that means getting the dragster out from under the moth balls than so be it. I am racing for fun, not to beat anyone, or to lay down a good pass, just to help out anyway I can.

UncClaudette is going to be fine. She went into surgery this evening for her hip, and word has it that she might be out of ICU very soon. She was talking to me and a lot of her family members yesterday, and is being her usualy "worry wart" self... wanting to be sure her girls were eating and that we take care of them. She's a trooper, and wouldn't want anybody to feel sorry for her. She'd want us at the track and talking shit about cars. That's just C! So... continue on.

I was with GreyHorse and SUX2BU @ Parkland till 2:30 on Saurday night, so I know that they are well aware of the situation. The track date is for c and family, im going and im going to race while im there. This is the racing bench and we are talking about racing an event for Claudette.

275/50/15 Drag Radials. Yea, i tried 2000 on the transbrake on that run and it hooked nice. My brother and Jet said it lifted the wheels too. Im going to try the full 3200 next time. :cool:

To give you some hope, my 306 ran its fastest times on 28's from 26's with both 4.10 and 4.56 gears.
My current DR's are 26's. :(
