Oklahoma looks pretty salty so far. I sure as hell wont make any Final Four predictions, being this is a "Texas" site and all, but they are that good.

"Hot Sauce" Terrell Everett is handling the pill this year. He reminds me of a black Jason Williams. Taj Gray was named preseason Big 12 player of the year, and he might be the 3rd best player on the team. Newcomer Michael Neal has been impressive in early workouts, and Kelvin Sampson said he is the best pure shooter he's ever coached.


Should be a great year for the Big 12.

Texas and Oklahoma look like National powers, and Oklahoma State brings in very young, but very talented group in, that could rival the fabled fab 5 team of Michigan.

Another Cameron Crazie.. we may be the only 2.. lol but this should be a VERY good season for the Blue Devils. Adding arguably the best recruiting class w/ McRoberts, Paulus, and Boateng to a solid team that lost only one key player from last year... can't wait !

That is odd last year we went 8-8 in big 12 play and the horns went 9-7 the Aggies vs Horns series was tied at 1-1. We finished the season 21-10 and the horns finished the season 20-11. We did make it into the NIT final 8. UT was knocked out in the first game of NCAA by Nevada. Of the six big 12 teams that made the show in the tournement last year only 2 were eliminated in the first round and you guys were one of them. Two teams made the sweet 16 they were OSU and T-Tech. So we really didn't look bad at all last season we did beat you guys once out of two games played.

You all had two tough games and guess what you lost them both to Iowa and Wake then 3 weeks later you lost to us. Last year we had pretty even schedules and you can try to make an argument about schedules but we only dropped one game more than you all did in the Big 12 so keep yapping. That high ranking in basketball will drop rather quickly for tu this year when they start dropping some games, LOL. I predict that Duke, Memphis, Iowa St. and Villinova will all handle tu this year. By the time you all play us you'll be lucky to be ranked 13th little less third, LOL. I do realize that tu has some serious talent but injuries and to many Chiefs not enough Indians will lead to their demise.

if the osu team can click fast enough we will win the season, and tourney again. if not hopefully we wont be below 5th, imo ou is going to better then texas, taj and bookout returning is going to be such a tough combo to beat along with everett. i personally think texas is overrated with or without pj tucker, but i do think they will do well.

I am 33 with a child active in this school disctricts athletic system not to mention a member of the booster club and PTA. The current seniors are the first class to graduate that I taught, seeing they were at one time 8th grade students of mine and I have taught everyone aside from one kid who was in the senior home coming court I felt obliged to attend. Homecoming wasn't for me it was for our kids in our community if you weren't still a kid yourself I would expect you to grasp such a concept but I don't in a case such as yours. Did you actually play in a sport or band in HS? You do realize that without the parents and local community the stadium would be pretty much empty on friday nights?

i will say this, look for freshman point A.J. Abrahms to be big12 freshman of the year. three badass point guards in a row, this is nice. That and we pretty much have the same team coming back from last year minus Klots and Harris, i think we'll be ok :D
