after long await i finally made the 300 club. long over due for me since i have been working out since the age of 12 and am now 25. the past 4 months i have been working out every week apose to workout for 3 week and quit for 5 months... i start at 225 on july 25 and max again yesterday and got 300 i stuck w/ it and had a goal of maxing 300 before the end of the yr. well i pat myself on the back for reaching my goal. after reaching 300 i dont think i am going to give up lifting like i have been :)

congrats !!!!!! after I hit 300 earlier this year I just sort of backed down a little to do more reps but ended up getting hurt and had to lay off for a month! :(

You will probably see a lot of growth now. Most people struggle hitting the big numbers (250, 300, 350, etc) and once they hit it then they see growth because the have taken the mental side out of it.

Congrats on 300, now you just need three plates!

congrats !!!!!! after I hit 300 earlier this year I just sort of backed down a little to do more reps but ended up getting hurt and had to lay off for a month! :(


for the past month i have been lifting with a sprained wist. that aint no fun when im trying to do any type of curls.( so no jacking off for awhile) i am wieghting in at a solid 180lbs @ 5'8.
