Problem Importing CD to computer

ok i just bought the new greatest hits CD by The Offspring and i cant import it to anything on my computer or even listen to it. for example none of the tracks display names or the CD title, Track 1 displays 2 seconds long track 2 will display 14:35:23 and the total CD size displays as 22GB. I want to transfer this to my Ipod but seeing as its displaying a total CD time of 57 hours its not going to work. so my question here is can i copy the files off the CD inot a folder then import from the folder? or would it be a little more complicated than that if its even possable?

ok never mind guys its my retarted CD-RW. i took the CD out and put it back in and now its fine it labels everything and works great. i dont know what caused the issue but its gone now. :confused:
