Wednesday=ticeps
decline db extensions
close grip tris bench concentric+skull crunches Eccentric
old school Extensions
Jm press
incline Tris extensions
db kickbacks

barbell shrugs
Thursday=biceps
21s
one arm incline bench isolation curls
flesor less incline db curls
hammer curls
backward elbows curl
standing inner biceps curl
forearms
static gripping

standing one legged calf raise on a two by four
Friday=back & Deltoids
Gironda sternum chin ups
close or medium grip pul ups
side to side chins
good mornings

what the fuck was that? haha Im sorry i guess i violated internet etiquete. I like to try new stuff in my workout, and i just wanted to see if it seemed to be working for ya. But yes!!!! Be SCARED!!!!!

yea i have been doing this workout for two weeks and decided to change it up agian :D
im going to start working out each muscle group twice a week
heavy at the beginning
light at the end
but using the same workouts
ill post a pic as soon as i can get
a dig camera
(im not the biggest guy right now
but i have came a long way
6' 155 LBS
to
6' 190 LBS
in less than a year)

Damn only 190 :) i weighed that when i was a freshman in High school :)
Currently 235 bulking up 10 more lbs then im going on my cutting cycle AKA Shredder

i have only been doing this for a year
and the mass you gain has allot to do with genetics
