Got a new computer, and everything is working fine, except I can't view any video clips.
As soon as I click on any link for a video, the page just freezes. I can move the mouse, but can't click on anything. It's like the computer is thinking, but the flag in the corner doesn't move, and nothing ever happens. It's a much better computer than my old one, which was working fine on the same links. I think maybe it needs some kind of program installed. I am clueless when it comes to these things. Anyone have any advice? TIA.
