Here's 2 crappy pictures that were resized with MS Paint. I'll get some good ones and use something decent to resize them when my laptop cable gets back.

You should have bought a house instead of a jag and a bike. I predict the bike is stolen in about a week and the jag will probably get keyed

Interesting theory. I guess I should make sure to tell my neighbor who just bought his new Viper that as well, not to mention whoever owns the Maserati and H2 on the street over. Apparently you can't have nice things if you live in a gated townhome community. Thanks for reminding me!

And since you seem to be so astute about this, I'm sure you didn't miss that there is a garage behind them where I might , and I mean might park my vehicles when I am home.

Oh, and 30% of my monthly rent being counted toward home equity on a new home is just a bad idea. We all know that going into a home purchase with a large downpayment is just plain silly. I mean really, who pays closing costs anyways?

Getting advice from you is like a retarded 12 year old trying to explain Einstein's Theory of Relativity while chewing on his plastic chair. You really hard to be knowledgable so we'll just give you a cookie for your effort and a pat on the head after we put your helmet back on.

Then again, you are the all knowing internet king so I guess you're right.

Wow 30 percent  Just to let you know I could be in you shoes right now or your neighbor with a hummer or jag but I opted to make an investment in stead of throwing my money away towards rent and monthly car payments. Oh by the way I paid all my closing cost put 10 percent down on my home with a 15 year note. Now I can write off home improvement loans and interest on the house. You ask any one on this site and they will say a home was the best investment they made. You should rethink your choices. Nice toys by the way to bad they will depreciate in value over time good choices for a twelve year old though.

Yet again speaking of things you know nothing about. And yeah 30% is a big deal when it adds up to thousands of dollars towards a downpayment and closing costs. Then again who would want to bring in equity to a new home purchase that costs you absolutely nothing, that's just down right silly!

Stay bitter and proud!

And how am I impressed with a paying 10% down on a 15 year note? I do home loans for a living. It's not magic with fairies and pixies and crap.

You ask any one on this site and they will say a home was the best investment they made. You should rethink your choices.
Do you even pay attention when you are vomitting information from your keyboard? What choices do I need to rethink? I'm saving money for a down payment, building home equity and still able to afford what I want while waiting to buy a house.

Let's see. live somewhere nice, have nice toys and still be able to set aside money for a new home purchase? Sure, I'll take that!

Uh oh, brace yourself... yes I have another car, OH THE HUMANITY!

Sounds like the guy 2 doors down with the new Viper. He had a clean silver GTS with a TT built motor and HRE's. All his cars have dealer plates.

Thanks for the compliments!
