If money is the root of all evil, why do churches want it so badly?
Is it an accident that the symbol of a bishop is a crook and the sign of an archbishop is a double-cross?
If Jesus was a Jew, how did he get a Spanish name?
Why does the Vatican have lightning rods?
If Noah took two of every animal on the ark with him, then what did they eat?
Did Noah bring termites with him on his ark?
If God's love is unconditional, then why does hell exist?
If man is fallible, is it possible his interpretations of religion are as well?
If God is all-knowing, why is prayer necessary?

Good questions. I will only attempt to answer questions I think I can attempt to answer. I am also not saying my answers are right, but from what I know at this point, it is the best possible answer I can give at this time...
If money is the root of all evil, why do churches want it so badly?
Money is not the root of all evil. The love of money is the root of all evil. Churches need money to sustain themselves and spread the gospel to other people in the form of missionary work etc.
Is it an accident that the symbol of a bishop is a crook and the sign of an archbishop is a double-cross?
LOL. I am not touching that with a 20ft pole. :D
If God's love is unconditional, then why does hell exist?
God's love is unconditional for those who believe in him. I know that may sound like an oximoron, but that is what I believe it to be. Hell exists for all non believers.
If man is fallible, is it possible his interpretations of religion are as well?
Very possible. That is why there are so many religions in the world today. Most of them I believe are false.
If God is all-knowing, why is prayer necessary?
I have struggled with this somewhat in the past. I think it shows God that we are willing to humble ourselves to God and actually ASK for what we desire. God says that if we ask we shall recieve, knock and the door will be opened. We should ask so we can be blessed. Prayer is not only for asking for stuff. Prayer is a way to talk to God and develop a relationship with him.
How would you feel if you had a person you know in your life. You met him when he asked you for spare change. Then everytime you see this person, he knew your name and you knew his but he only asked you for things. Over time he only ask you for things and never got to know you or did anything for you. Is he a friend? Would you still continue to give him money if his demands were getting larger and larger?
I feel like I could write a book about this so I will stop now. I think you get the point...

If Jesus was a Jew, how did he get a Spanish name?
His name is not spainsih...that is the english translation....maybe this will clear it up.
"It is most proper to call Him Yeshua. It was indeed his proper name, given to him by his parents, and only in Hebrew does this name have any meaning. In Hebrew Yeshua means both "Salvation," and the concatenated form of Yahoshua, is "Lord who is Salvation." The name Jesus has no intrinsic meaning in English whatsoever."
The angel told her to name their son Yeshua....

Hell was not created for non-believers, it was created for Satan and his devils.
If Noah took two of every animal on the ark with him, then what did they eat?
Since the bible does not say what they ate, I would imagine they ate grasses, fruits, vegetables...

Why does the Vatican have lightning rods?
Lightning rod are used as part of lightning safety to protect tall or isolated structures (such as the roof of a building or the mast of a vessel) from lightning damage.
God created the earth, he doesn't sit around and cause lightning bolts to hit things.

True and for non-believers, right? If you dont believe, you will be in hell. That is my understanding. No need to sugar coat it...

My point is that hell was initially not created for non-believers, but they will end up there because of their non-belief.

Where did non believers go before hell was created?

Hell was not created for non-believers, it was created for Satan and his devils.
The question is not why it was created, it was why does it exist...

A piece of the puzzle:
Jesus Christ says in Matthew 25:41, "Depart from me, ye cursed, into EVERLASTING FIRE,prepared for the devil and his angels."

You got more pieces of the puzzle? Specifically about Satan's fall and how he once was in Heaven but went against God?

Here's my 2 cents:
you ask why hell was created...
God created all things. Evil exists, so God created it, so that must mean God has some evil in Him, right? - WRONG.
I believe that Einstien said something like - God did not create evil, rather evil is the term we use to define the absence of God.
perhaps hell is the term we use to define a place for absence of God.

Paradise Lost. Good book, the writer, John Milton, explains everything really well.
