Are These Good Frame Sliders?

Bought them yesterday and was just wondering if anyone has them or any opinions on em thanks!

I buy $30 ebay frame sliders if I dont feel like making my own....

are those metal if so bad...they dont stop the bike at all they just let it keep sliding and throw orange sparks everywhere...plus you raise the risk of your bike flipping over since the sliders dont really slow it down
